His vision, strong work ethic, and eye for detail have made Elite Landmarks one of the best real estate firm in the city. Under his leadership the company has developed over 18,00,000 sq.ft. Of landmark residential and commercial spaces in Pune. His artistic approach towards projects has made Elite stand out from other developers in terms of design and quality. Mr. Anurag Patil has taken over the management of the company after completing Master of International Business (MIB) from Boston. He is taking the company forward with new marketing strategies and keeping up with the trends in industry technology. In the initial phase of his career, he successfully aligned the organization with the RERA and GST regime.

A civil engineer by profession he looks over the construction aspects of all projects.
